When attempting to add a User DSN using the Oracle ODBC Driver version 10.2.0.3.0, an error dialog with the text "An unsupported operation was attempted" is displayed:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click "User DSN" tab
  2. Click the "Add" button
  3. Select the "Oracle ODBC Driver version 10.2.0.3.0" - (SQORAS32.DLL)
